Maka promise to be your trusted partner for technology by delivering the advice, service and convenience you deserve — all at competitive prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, we’d be more than happy to refund you within 7 days upon receipt of the delivery.

You will be refunded the full purchase price with a handling charge of 3% based on the total transaction price. Once you return the item to us within 7 days upon receipt of the delivery, we will process your refund request and credit the balances in your Maka account on www.makagps.com.

We regret to inform you that duties, taxes or courier chargers are strictly non-refundable and we will not be able to return those amount to you since the services has been rendered and the courier chargers are handled by a 3rd party logistical provider. All the refund will be strictly done via crediting into your account and we do not provide refund in cash, check, telegraphic transfer, PayPal.

 

Here is an example of refund calculation;
Product A - Purchase Price $100.00
Local Courier Chargers – $10.00
less – 3% Handling Fee = $106.70
less – Local Courier Chargers -$10.00

Total amount to be credited back into your account = $96.70
